The WHI Query Builder was developed to help stimulate ideas for WHI data and specimen use and make it easier to explore what data are available. This tool allows you to obtain counts of participants satisfying criteria that you define based on demographics, study components, clinical outcome (diagnoses), and/or biospecimen or biomarker availability. A number of reports can be then be applied to the selected subset of participants. Create your own account so that your queries can be saved between sessions. The Query Builder does NOT include enrollment status or data for ancillary studies that are still in progress. The Query Builder can be used to prepare or evaluate feasibility of ancillary study proposals and paper proposals. Reports generated by the Query Builder should be considered estimates and are NOT intended for publication.
