SYSTOL - Systolic BP Col 18 Computed from Form 80, questions 6.1 and 6.2. See SYST. Categorization of SYST into three groups: <= 120, >120-140 and > 140 .
DIAS - Diastolic BP Col 19 Computed from Form 80, questions 6.1 and 6.2. Diastolic blood pressure: average of two baseline measurements. If only one measurement is known, the single value is used.
DIASTOL - Diastolic BP Col 20 Computed from Form 80, questions 6.1 and 6.2. See DIAS. Categorization of DIAS into two groups: < 90 and >= 90 .

WHR - Waist/Hip Ratio (WHR) Col 23 Computed from Form 80, questions 7 and 8. Ratio of waist circumference (cm) to hip circumference (cm).
