File Name | Data as of | Population | Data collected | One row per | Rows |

TESTVERID - Test version ID Col 1 Unique identifier of the test name and test version.
TESTABBR - Test abbreviation Col 2 Usage Notes: e.g. CRP, GLUC.
TESTVER - Test version Col 3 A new version number is assigned for every change in lab, specimen type, units or method. e.g. if we have results from two different labs for a glucose assay, each would get its own version number. GLUC V1 & GLUC V2.
TESTNAME - Test Name Col 4
TESTDESC - Test Description Col 5 Short description of the test.
TESTMTHD - Test Method Col 6 Usage Notes: Some test methods are not available.
TESTUNITS - Test Units Col 7
TESTCMNTS - Test Comments Col 8
SPECTYPE - Specimen Type Col 9
LABNAME - Lab Name Col 10
VERCOUNT - Number of rows in result file for this test/version Col 11
TESTVALMED - Median of TESTVAL Col 12 The median of TESTVAL in specimen results file (spec_results) for this test/version.
TESTVALSTD - Standard deviation of TESTVAL Col 13 The standard deviation of TESTVAL in specimen results file (spec_results) for this test/version.
NUMDUPPAIRS - Number of blind duplicate pairs Col 14 Number of blind duplicate pairs used to calculate DUPAVGCV and DUPCORR. Usage Notes: See the Specimen Results readme documentation for a discussion of "blinded duplicate" samples used for QC.
DUPCORR - Coefficient of correlation of blinded duplicates Col 15 The correlation of result values over ALL duplicate pairs for this test version.
DUPAVGCV - Average Coefficient of Variation (%) of duplicate pairs Col 16 Usage Notes: Coefficient of Variation (stddev/avg) is calculated for EACH duplicate pair.
DUPMINCV - Minumum Coefficient of Variation (%) of duplicate pairs Col 17 Usage Notes: Coefficient of Variation (stddev/avg) is calculated for EACH duplicate pair.
DUPMAXCV - Maximum Coefficient of Variation (%) of duplicate pairs Col 18 Usage Notes: Coefficient of Variation (stddev/avg) is calculated for EACH duplicate pair.

This file contains details about the assays referred to in spec_results_ctos_inv.dat. This file has one row for each version of an assay. Assays are assigned version numbers based on variations of lab/specimen type or method. e.g. if the GLUCOSE assay has results from two labs there would be two rows in this file, both rows would have the same TESTABBR, TESTNAME and TESTDESC values but the other columns would vary by version.
