DVT - DVT Col 3 Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) Usage Notes: DVT is adjudicated for the Medical Record Super Cohort through Ext1. In Ext2 it is adjudicated for the Medical Record Cohort. Includes both outpatient and inpatient DVTs.
PE - PE Col 4 Pulmonary Embolism (PE) Usage Notes: Defined as the first occurrence of PE or a Death due to Pulmonary Embolism. PE was adjudicated for the Medical Record Super Cohort through Ext1.
