I joined the Harvard's Nurses' Health Study when it was started in 1976; it is now interesting to read conclusions that have been reached from these studies. When the opportunity arose to participate in WHI, I knew that I wanted to be a part of it also. Data derived from these various studies give direction to women's health care. It also makes us all more aware of the choices we can make regarding health issues which affect us individually. As an avid quilter, I was pleased to contribute to this quilt.
