This is a picture of my sister Lois and myself. She lives in Merrick, Long Island, New York and she too is registered at Stony Brook Hospital for this Women's Health Initiative Study. Both of us are concerned about osteoporosis, as our Mother suffered from this disease but not until much later in her life. Mother lived to be almost 93. We are hoping we both inherit her longevity genes and might need to be concerned.
