While in Paducah, Kentucky attending the annual quilt show, I found the fabric that would express my reason for participating in WHI. The fabric pictures mothers of all races with children. My hopes are that thru WHI, generations of women's health issues will be helped.
It was ironic that I found the fabric while attending the 3 day show along with 30,000 women of all ages and from all over the world. As I looked around at the quilters in attendance, I couldn't help thinking about WHI and how it would benefit generations of women and quilters.
