I am a committed member of the WHI Study because of my concern regarding women's health and health issues. Two women in my family died from breast and colon cancer. Several family members are on kidney dialysis. We need to do all we can to help medical research.
I selected this fabric (pattern) because is helped me to depict two women dressed elegantly in their finest. Sometimes we do not feel well, but if we dress up in our best garments and add some jewelry, it will make a difference. It can help take our minds off of ourselves for a while by providing a spiritual lift.
I want the world to know that my daughter, Pamela, and I have a home-based custom jewelry business - CUZZ-2 Jewelry (I am a cousin, too). We have given away more jewelry than we have sold! We have launched a community service project titled, "Jewels for Gems." We give jewelry to senior citizen and nursing home residents, hospitals patients, charities, as well as various fund-raisers.
"To see one of our recipient's eyes 'light up' after receiving a necklace or an angel pin makes it all worthwhile!"
WHI is making me more aware of the correct choices that I should and can make to a happy healthier person in order to live a longer, healthier life. WHI has contributed to improving my quality of life. Thank your for care, concern, and opportunity to participate.
Respectfully submitted,
